  1. You've named a bunch of my favorites, Ramla! I'm currently "re-visiting" the Inspector Dover series with "Dover One" by Joyce Porter. I absolutely adore these books.

    1. Hi Miss Marple (that is, Carola...!),

As always, a pleasure and an honour to have you comment in my blog...!

Really glad to know that we have a bunch of favourite authors in common :-)

I will add both "Joyce Porter" and "Josephine Tey" (the author that you recommended to me through Goodreads), in the list of "MYSTERY" AUTHORS RECOMMENDED BY THE READERS OF THIS BLOG... and will read them at the first opportunity.

      Thanks...!

      Regards,
      Ramla Zareen

    1. Well, even though both "Alistair MacLean's" and "James Hadley Chase's" novels are not strictly "Cozy Mysteries", ...yet I enjoy their books so much... that I have already included "Alistair MacLean" among MY FAVOURITE "MYSTERY" AUTHORS ...and "James Hadley Chase" in MY LIKED "MYSTERY" AUTHORS list...! :-)

      Anyway, thanks for sharing...!
